Better Be Goods BV is building
BBG Sentinel
Autonomous Amazon channel intelligence for 1P, 3P and agency brands.
An Amazon account emits more signal every day than anyone can watch by hand. We are building BBG Sentinel to watch it continuously through SP-API, detect anomalies with Claude-powered agents, and turn them into prioritised alerts with enough context to act on.
The cost of not knowing
Noticing late has a price, and on Amazon it is charged automatically. None of this is hypothetical — it is an ordinary week on a healthy account.
- You lose the Buy Box You stop selling, and nothing tells you.
- A chargeback lands ASN accuracy, PO compliance, a label violation — deducted before anyone sees it.
- Someone else appears on your ASIN An unauthorised seller is taking your orders on your own listing.
- Account health drifts ODR, LSR and VTR on 3P, invoice defect rate on 1P, creeping toward a threshold.
- Your listing changes A title, a bullet, an image or an A+ module is altered without you knowing.
- You fall out of the results Keyword rank drops, and visibility goes before the revenue does.
- Your price breaks MAP violations and price-parity breaches across marketplaces.
What we are building
Amazon already tells you almost everything. It tells you late, in a report nobody opens, next to four hundred things that did not change. The problem was never a shortage of data.
So we are not building another dashboard. We are building monitoring that behaves like infrastructure alerting: it stays quiet, and when something that costs money changes, it reaches you with the reason attached.
Each agent is built to watch one thing and to know what normal looks like for it. When one fires, the alert carries the account, the ASIN, what changed and what it is likely to cost — not a link to a report you now have to read.
The agents we are building
None of the agents below is running yet. This is the roadmap we are building against, in order. What is live today is the credential foundation they will run on, described further down this page.
Sales you are losing without knowing
Buy Box Monitor
Losing the Buy Box should page you the way an outage pages you. It is the difference between selling and not selling, and today most brands find out from a revenue report.
Listing Hijack Detector
Unauthorised sellers on your own ASINs take orders that were yours. Catching it should be a matter of hours, not of whenever the next manual audit happens.
Margin that leaves after the sale
Vendor Chargeback Monitor
Chargebacks are deducted before most brands notice them, and disputing late is disputing badly. This agent exists to end that.
FBA Return Disposition
What happens to a unit after it comes back is money, and it is recorded somewhere nobody reads.
MAP & Price Parity
Minimum advertised price and parity across marketplaces break quietly, and the damage is done by the time a person checks.
The listing, and what sits behind it
Content Change Detector
Titles, bullets, images and A+ modules change without notice. You should know which field changed, and when.
Inventory & Catalog agents
Stock and catalogue state drift out of step with what you believe is true. These agents exist to close that gap.
Standing, and being found at all
Account Health Monitor
Order defect rate, late shipment, valid tracking, invoice defect rate. These move slowly toward a threshold, which is exactly why they get noticed too late.
Keyword Ranking
Rank falls before revenue does. That gap is the only cheap warning you get.
Advertising intelligence
Planned — subject to a separate Amazon Advertising authorisation
Advertising data does not come through SP-API. It is a separate Amazon developer application with its own approval, which we have not applied for yet. These agents are part of where BBG Sentinel is going, and they are listed apart from the SP-API work because that is what they are.
Search Term Analyser
Which terms are actually converting, and which are quietly spending.
Advertising Optimiser
Where spend is working, where it has stopped, and what that is costing.
Running today
The foundation the agents will run on is built and in use: the part that has to be right before anything is allowed to watch a brand's account on its behalf.
- Credential store
- SP-API refresh tokens held encrypted, in one place
- Token issuance
- Short-lived access tokens, on demand, to authorised services
- Isolation
- Per-organisation, enforced at the row level
- Audit
- Append-only record of every token issued
- Admin interface
- Connecting and managing Amazon accounts
How your credentials are handled
Monitoring your account means holding an authorisation to it. That is a serious thing to ask for, so it is the part we built first and the part we are most willing to be specific about.
Your refresh token is never copied
It is encrypted at rest and held in exactly one place. Services that need Amazon access get a short-lived token instead, and never see the credential behind it.
One brand cannot see another
Every credential, authorisation and audit record belongs to one organisation and is isolated at the row level.
Every use is on the record
Each token issued is written to an append-only log with the identity that asked for it. It cannot be edited or deleted through the application.
No buyer personal data, by choice
The restricted SP-API roles that expose buyer names, addresses and contact details were deliberately not requested. Nothing here can read them.
